Welcome to Concert Ensembles

A little about ourselves

Wind Ensemble and Concert Band are our two concert ensembles that meet during the day.  The Wind Ensemble is an auditioned group that performs music in grades 3-5.  The Concert Band includes all other members of the wind & percussion sections, split into two class periods.  Our concert ensembles perform "sit-down" music, classical, patriotic, or popular style.  These groups will perform several times throughout the year, including our Holiday Concert, Spaghetti Dinner, SCSBOA festivals, and Pops Concert.  The Wind Ensemble also travels each spring to a festival.
